Part Three. Lectionary.
Journaling.
Journaling is a great way to reflect on your thoughts and feelings. And it’s a great way to interact with the lectionary Scripture. Here are some ways to get started:
- Pick your journaling tools: notebook/paper and pen/pencil.
- Pick a topic to write about, e.g., your daily routine, what you’re thankful for, etc.
- Set a timer for fifteen minutes.
- Write without stopping yourself—only editing, punctuation, or spelling corrections after fifteen minutes of writing.
- Repeat the process daily or weekly.
