SoulAwake: Cultivating our Souls for
Ready, Relevant Responses of Love

In community, cohort members will deepen their understanding and experience of living contemplatively, 

specifically exploring how it impacts the way we hold and respond to the current climate in which we find ourselves.

Using the image of the labyrinth, we will consider the metaphor as representing God’s Presence in all of life. 

We will journey inward through the twists, turns, and sometimes setbacks of the labyrinth as we explore the topics of  

Identity and Transformation, Embodied Practice, and Prayer. 

Then, centered and grounded in Presence, identity, embodied practice and prayer, we will make the journey outward,

with sessions exploring Loving Others, and Loving Creation. 

Through the lens of these topics, we will be exploring what is ours to hold in light of the current climate in which we live.

Even if you have participated in LFTH or SoulAwake before, we hope you’ll consider being a part of it again, knowing you will encounter it in fresh and relevant ways.

Standard Price: $1100
Community Supported: $750 (depending on capacity)

The standard cost for this course is $1,100. While this price reflects the true cost of creating and offering it, we believe that transformation belongs to everyone and are committed to reducing financial barriers to participation. That’s why we’re offering a community supported price level, $750 so you can choose the one that best aligns with your current financial circumstances.

FACILITATORS

MARY PANDIANI

Mary Pandiani, D.Min, Executive Director, leads Selah, a contemplative community that seeks to provide sacred spaces for people to pause, encounter and grow. Her current focus is a posture of contemplative living across the seasons of life. With the support of her husband Bill, Mary serves Selah while also enjoying their four adult daughters and their families. Mary lives in Gig Harbor, WA where she knows the value of beauty in creation and the gift of community.

JOHN KIEMELE

John Kiemele, PhD, is a Wellbeing Educator, Spiritual Guide, and Listening Coach who has spent the past 30-plus years guiding individuals and groups across North America and internationally, assisting them to discover and deepen life-giving connections and wellbeing practices. John is Founder and former Director of Selah Center. John and Marrissa Fernandez Kiemele, MD are co-creators and facilitators of “AIM to Live Well.”
