The Shape of a Life: Seasoned in Grace
This course addresses the desire to live with grace in the reality of aging and is open to all ages and generations. Each of us have a shape to our life that develops through choices, influence of others, circumstances, and everyday life experiences.
Contemplation in Hard Places
To face the difficult topics of our day that deal with race, gender, and political issues, this class looks to hold conversation around places of commonality whereby we can generously listen to one another. By practicing and living into a contemplative life, the difference in posture with ourselves, others, God, and creation, this time explores ways to practice pausing, encountering the Spirit, and growing towards wholeness and loving others.
Pilgrimage of the Soul
To awakens one’s soul to experience life with receptive ears and an open heart, this class focuses on the pilgrimage journey that moves from mindlessness to mindfulness, from soullessness to soulfulness. With intention to discover more of one’s soul and the world, the pilgrimage of the soul offers an understanding of God’s call in life, discovering rhythms of grace that help one travel in the everydayness of life.
Attending the Soul
By attending to God’s quiet whisper in the everydayness of life, this entry level class explores the freedom offered by the God of love, various spiritual practices that facilitate encountering God, and cultivating an environment of “brave” space with others.

Discernment
Learning the intentional practice of listening to God for decision-making, aligning life values with actions, and connecting with God, this class expands the awareness of oneself, in connection with others, God, and creation. In a deeper understanding of what it means to live into our created-in-God’s-image selves, the journey of discernment helps in recovering our true selves through the movement of and resistance to the Holy Spirit’s work in our everyday world. In this class, we engage in community and with tools to provide a beginning foundation for life-giving discernment.
