Mary Pandiani, DMin
By way of vocation, Mary Pandiani is Selah Center’s Executive Director, a spiritual director, personal/professional development coach, and parish practitioner. By way of relationship, she is a wife, mother, grandmother and friend as well as a JIB, seeking to be a Jesus-Image-Bearer. By way of interests, she shares her completed doctoral work in graceful aging, enjoys playing with her puppy, and finds great peace in walking the woods. She has been part of the Selah community since it first began with a small group searching to find greater intimacy with God. Through a journey of participating in Living From the Heart, Art of Spiritual Direction, and other contemplative encounters, she values how these fresh expressions help her integrate the heart-soul-mind for a greater freedom in relationship with the Triune God. By way of Selah, she has learned to pause, notice, listen, savor, and respond to the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Beth Griffith, MSW, LICSW
Beth grew up in Seattle and currently lives in Edmonds, WA where she works in private practice as a Therapist and Spiritual Director. She has three young adult daughters and two grandchildren who live dispersed across the country, too far away yet always held close in her heart. When she’s not working, you will most likely find her out on a trail breathing in Nature and all its Beauty.
She began this journey of Living from the Heart in 2015, though the invitation into contemplative living began many years ago in college and has been the thread that has brought her to where she is today, even to this specific moment in time, right here, right now. God has never stopped wooing her into Love. She loves walking alongside and mentoring those who are seeking to live more fully and deeply in their connection with God, with themselves, and with others. She is exited to be a part of the Living from the Heart Leadership Team this year and eagerly anticipates being a part of, “life stirring” in all of you as you devote intentional time to pausing and listening to where and how God is showing up in your lives and inviting you into Love. Beth is both honored and feels it is a gift to be invited into this space with you.
