A monthly online gathering with welcoming space wide enough for our souls to pause and breathe deeply. Through mindful movement, conversations, contemplative practices and personal reflection, we aim to nurture our connections to God/Life Source that connects us all. This gentle hour together allows our souls to soak in an inclusive space of connection, inspiration and encouragement.

FACILITATORS

John Kiemele, PhD, is a Wellbeing Educator, Spiritual Guide, and Listening Coach who has spent the past 30-plus years guiding individuals and groups across North America and internationally, assisting them to discover and deepen life-giving connections and wellbeing practices. John is Founder and former Director of Selah Center. John and Marrissa Fernandez Kiemele, MD are co-creators and facilitators of “AIM to Live Well.”
