Anchored in Care
Anchored in Care is a research-supported online workshop series designed for Deep Listeners/Spiritual Directors. In a world divided, tossed and battered from many sides, Deep Listeners/Spiritual Directors need to be anchored in care. Our capacity to be receptive, connected, caring, and present is directly impacted by our capacity to be compassionate and caring to ourselves without judgment. It’s part two of the Great Commandment.
This online workshop is based on the groundbreaking Mindful Self-Compassion research of Kristin Neff, PhD, and the clinical expertise of psychotherapist Christopher Germer, PhD, and includes group discussions, experiential exercises, guided meditations and home practices.
